Support while outside Canada

iMessage, RCS or Whatsapp are the most convenient ways to contact us. All you need is a Data or a Wi-Fi connection.

You can also contact us by dialing +1-647-700-2435, if you are outside of Canada. Calls to Customer Care are free when calling from a Freedom Mobile device.

Alternatively, Wi-Fi calling is a great alternative when travelling beyond the Freedom Mobile network!

We do not offer callbacks; however, no need to hold on the phone! Pop in and out of the conversation on WhatsApp or iMessage as you go about your day. We might take a few minutes to respond, but we promise not to leave you on read.
