Overview

At Freedom reliable home internet wont bust the budget. Affordability has been our thing since day one, we started out with affordable mobile services, and now were excited to offer Home Internet!

As we are in the process of rolling out Internet, serviceability will vary based on service address and on where access / technology permits. Check your address to confirm if you are eligible for Freedom Home Internet.

Getting Setup

Once you receive your Freedom Home Internet modem and eero 6 Wi-Fi router rental(s), you can proceed with setup based on your activation date and time and in most cases will only take a few minutes! Just follow the instructions you received through email or download our our digital setup guide.

In the event that a technician needs to visit and activate service to your home, we will send you an email ahead of time to let you know.

Freedom Home Internet Equipment


If you activated or changed your Freedom Home Internet service in January 2024 or later, you may receive one or more of each of the following pieces of equipment:

Cable Modem:

  • Hitron CODA-56

Router(s):

  • eero 6 Wi-Fi router

It’s not possible to use your own modem for your Freedom Home Internet services however, it is possible to use your personal router(s) as a main router and as reach extenders as well. Keep in mind in using our eero 6 Wi-Fi router, we will be able to troubleshoot your network and help you improve or fix your connection if needed.

Returning your Equipment

You can complete your return with three easy steps:

  • After contacting us, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Package your hardware, including any originally included components, into a box and affix the shipping label that you were emailed.

  • Drop your hardware off at the nearest outlet.

Important: Equipment returns cannot be processed in-store.
