How To: Navigate My Account

Overview

We’ve redesigned My Account to make managing your account even easier.

You’ll find details on each new section, and it’s features below.

The Overview Section

Once logged into My Account, using your Phone Number, PIN, and security code, you will be in the Overview section.

From the Overview section, you'll have access to:

  1. View billing information

  2. Make a one-time payment

  3. Activate Auto Pay

  4. View your plan’s data allotment for the current billing cycle

  5. View your plan details

  6. View device/MyTab information

To navigate to a different section, select from one of the available options at the top of the page.

Add-Ons & One Time Passes

The Add-Ons & Passes section includes:

  1. Your current active Add-Ons and/or One-Time Passes (monthly VS. one-time use)

  2. All Add-Ons available for purchase. To purchase a specific Add-On:

  • Select the Add-On

  • Accept the terms & conditions

  • Select “Confirm and Add”

Usage Details

The Usage Details section includes all your Data allotments for the current billing cycle, as well as any active One-Time Pass allotments. You can also turn off your Data Roaming Cap from the Usage Details section.

Manage Features

The Manage Features section allows you to turn enable/disable the following plan features:

  1. Nationwide Network

  2. US Roaming

  3. International Roaming

  4. International Calling

Plan & Device Details

The Plan & Device Details section includes a detailed breakdown of your plan, your device/MyTab details, and the option to change your plan.

It also includes the following service options:

  1. Manage your notification preferences

  2. Manage or change your SIM or eSIM

  3. Change your Phone Number

  4. Enable/Disable Call Forwarding

  5. Redeem Promo Codes

Billing Details

The Billing Details section provides a summary of your latest bill and MyTab details. You can also make a payment, activate Auto Pay or download your bill and view a history of your bills, payments, and adjustments.

My Profile

The Profile section allows you to edit some of your Personal information, as well as any other active users on your account. As an Account Holder, you can change your:

  1. Assigned number(s)

  2. Email address

  3. Login PIN

  4. Voicemail password

You can also create new users (if you have additional lines to assign), view your Notifications Inbox, and Voluntarily Suspend your Service.
